In line with Safer Recruitment and Keeping Everyone Safe, Inspire will carry out online searches for all shortlisted candidates, including Google and social media searches. Any information found from the online searches may be discussed at the interview stage.

Because Inspire involves regulated activity, the successful applicant may be required to undergo an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS check, including barred list checks. Employment is conditional upon satisfactory clearance and rigorous safer recruitment checks.
