Ensuring we have the right team in place is essential. With over 25 years of experience in childcare and having worked across more than 100 day nurseries during that time, we understand that the quality of a nursery is defined by the people within it.

For this reason, we are incredibly selective about who joins our team. We do not simply recruit to fill positions. We carefully choose warm, friendly and genuinely caring individuals who contribute to a positive and harmonious culture. In line with our core values of Family, Discovery, Well-being and Happiness, we look for people who naturally live and demonstrate these principles in their daily practice.

Every member of our team goes through rigorous safer recruitment checks before joining us, and we only appoint those who meet our high standards both professionally and personally. Our induction programme is industry leading, shaped by literally decades of hands-on leadership experience and designed to embed our safeguarding expectations, culture and quality standards from day one.

Our unique ‘Leading the Inspire Way’ programme is built upon observing first-hand the very best traits of over 500 day nursery leaders, understanding what works, what does not, and why.

It develops motivation, emotional intelligence, self reflection and strong communication, ensuring leadership is thoughtful, consistent and empowering. This creates a positive and supportive working environment, which we know is just as important to parents as it is to us.
