Nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of every child in our care. Creating a secure, protected environment gives children the confidence to explore, learn and thrive — and gives parents complete peace of mind.
Our nursery is equipped with CCTV cameras in all rooms and key areas of the building. These are monitored throughout the day by the Nursery Manager to ensure high standards of care, transparency and safeguarding at all times.
All members of staff undergo rigorous safer recruitment procedures. This includes an enhanced DBS check and verification of at least two employment references before they begin working with children. Our We are committed to ensuring that every adult in our nursery is suitable, qualified and aligned with our safeguarding values.
Safety without compromise
Our induction programme for our staff team is exceptionally detailed; genuinely one of the most thorough and effective in childcare, with a strong, uncompromising emphasis on every aspect of safeguarding, safety, and child protection from day one.
Access to the building is strictly controlled. We operate a secure door entry system using unique PIN codes or authorised access cards, ensuring that only approved individuals can enter the premises.
